City has redone its downtown, including a new 50 story skyscraper.  Oklahoma City has one of the nations best WATER CANALS and THE OKLAHOMA RIVER for boat racing, national college rowing and sports.  Two great boathouses, Chesapeake and Devon Boathouses.  Oklahoma City  downtown is called Bricktown and has great entertainment, arts, and accommodations with  two convention centers.  Oklahoma City has 4 lakes in the immediate area.

Oklahoma City is a cash city, in that all our improvements will be paid for when completed.  New downtown developments are in the works, such as a new street car for downtown.  The old I-40 interstate highway has been replace with a new I-40.  Oklahoma City is tearing down the old interstate and making it a wonderful plaza and Central Park like area and Boulevard. 

With 4 large Oil and Gas companies: Devon Energy, Continental Resources, Chesapeake Energy, and Sand Ridge Energy, Oklahoma City is a  great job market.  Oklahoma City has been home to TINKER FIELD an Air Force Base for over 80 years, with 25,000 jobs and expanding.

Oklahoma City is in the forefront in the Medical World with one one of the world's ten (10)  PRO CURE cancer treatment centers and the world class PRF Research Center [ big in nano-technology research ] and Hospital area.
